Roll out the red carpet and the niptinis!

Nemo dressed in his bow tie ready to celebrate.

Patches jumping for joy.

Today is an exciting day at the cat house. First, the heat got put on and there is a vent under the sassy sofa so it gets nice and toasty and then we go online and we find out that we have won an award. We've never won an award before for anything. Mom and dad say we are going to enter the cat show next year because we could wipe them in all categories. Mom and dad said we do not have a red carpet for us to walk on to accept this award but we will pretend and strut our stuff on the catwalk anyway. Mom is going to try to follow the instructions on posting this award but remember she's new at this stuff and has to ask dad for help sometimes. Silly mom, she really needs to get with the times.

We got this award from The Real Cats of Gibbs Creek
This is special because our lookalikes live there.
Maybe we could switch places when its time for baths.
Thank you guys so much for this award. We are so excited.

Here are the award instructions:
Put the logo on your blog.
Add a link to the person who awarded you.
Nominate 10 other blogs.
Add links to those blogs on yours.
Leave a message for your nominees on their blogs.

We will nominate some blogs but not sure we have 10 but we will do our best.

Daisy the curly cat
(without finding her blog we never would have our own)
Dragonheart and Merlin
(we find their hairless looks and wrinkles very interesting)
Skeezix
(he is such a cool cat that is not afraid to wear pink)

Well, it is a start to getting to know people. There are so many blogs out there and I swear my mom reads them all. She thinks they are all such great blogs.

Congratulations on your pretty award! And thank you so much for thinking of me, too.

I am waiting and waiting for the heater to come on in my house. I think I must wait a few more months.
